VES Administrative Management Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates vesmg.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us directly, and we use it only for the purpose you gave it for:

• Contact form — your name, email, and message, used to reply to you (stored in our email platform, Brevo).
• Free tool & demo captures (revenue scan, StewardWise "email me this", AuctionVision orders/fitting details, VESHousing interest) — your name, email, and the details you enter, used to send you what you asked for and follow up. Order details also reach us by email.
• Newsletter subscribe (StewardWise Weekly Brief) — your email, used only to send the Brief; unsubscribe anytime.
• Payments — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that does not identify individuals. On some legacy static pages we also keep a first-party, cookieless hit log (page path, referrer, browser type) served as a 1x1 image; it sets no cookies and does not identify individuals either.

We do not create customer accounts on this site; the private member area uses Google sign-in and stores only your email address and membership status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and processing.

6. Maryland & Virginia Privacy Rights (MODPA & VCDPA)

If you are a Maryland or Virginia resident, additional rights apply under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). You may have the right to:

• Know/access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format;
• Correct inaccurate personal data;
• Delete personal data you provided to us;
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other universal opt-out signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for the browser that sends them.

MODPA data minimization: we collect only personal data that is reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide the service you requested. We do not sell sensitive data — ever — and we do not run targeted advertising against, sell, or profile consumers known to be under 18.

VCDPA appeal: if we deny a rights request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email; Virginia residents may also contact the Virginia Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
